Eligibility
- Employed full or part time
- Resident of Lowndes County
- Age 18-64
- Earn less than 200% of the federal poverty level
- The non-working dependent of a working family member. Must be age18 and above.
Membership
You are invited to become a member of the Lowndes County Partnership for Health's Leadership Group which meets every fourth Tuesday of the month except June, July, November, and December.
