Partnership Health Center

The Partnership Health Center is a free primary healthcare facility staffed by volunteer physicians, physician extenders and nurses who offer their time without compensation to serve the healthcare needs of the working uninsured in Lowndes County. Services include non-emergency healthcare and referrals to specialists and labs. Proof of eligibility is required.

The facility is located at 205 Woodrow Wilson Dr. in Valdosta, GA. Funding for the clinic is provided by donations and grants. The Partnership Health Center participates in the Georgia Volunteer Healthcare Program and has a working relationship with South Georgia Medical Center, Smith Northview Hospital and other providers for lab and diagnostic studies as well as administrative support.

The Partnership Health Center is affiliated with Volunteers in Medicine.

Tuesdays from 6:00-9:00PM and Wednesday's from 10:00AM - 4:00PM
